Hi, We're Beau & Julianne!
We've been married for 17 years and have been renovating houses for 10 years of that! It truly is our passion and we got great at it over time!!:) Outside of houses... we love God and spending time with our family. We have 3 kids that we adore and spend alot of our time running them to and from soccer, theatre, basketball and all the things!
We started renovating 10 years ago and had some extremely stressful projects in the beginning. The biggest misconception we had ourselves when starting out and we see from friends- is that hiring a general contractor will save them alot of time because they will be more hands off in the project. This typically ends poorly with massive budget overages as well as them being highly involved with their time. Our course will show you how to manage the project in a way that you really are only devoting a little more time (or about the same) as you would if you hired a general contractor.
